Please list the names and ages of your children and names of all other people being photographed. You can also include interests, and hobbies. Please don't hesitate to include other information that you would like me to know about your family.

What are some things each child is interested in, or are there special things that make them smile or laugh?

Do you have any must-have photographs you would like me to capture? You can describe a photo or a pose, post image URLS, tell me what you love/hate in photos etc. Even if we have already discussed this prior, please list them here so that I can capture everything that's important to you.

Will you be bringing any pets or special props to your session?

Do you have a photography location picked out? If yes, where?

Do you have in mind how you plan to showcase your images? (Ex. large wall hangings, canvases, wall groupings, albums/books, smaller prints, digital images, or a mix)
